Unless an article expressly documents first-hand testing, you should not assume that KitchenFitly personally tested every product discussed. 2. Product Information and Changing Specifications
We aim to make our content useful and accurate, but products, model numbers, dimensions, capacities, wattages, features, certifications, accessories, manuals, warranties, availability, seller identities, and prices can change. 9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, KitchenFitly owns or licenses the original text, organization, branding, editorial graphics, scoring explanations, and other original material published on the Site. That material is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, product content, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be used under licence, permission, applicable program terms, or other lawful basis. Reference to a trademark does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

You grant KitchenFitly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display it only as reasonably necessary to review the submission, respond to you, correct or improve Site content, maintain records, and protect the Site. We will not present a private email as a public testimonial without permission.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, confidential business information, or other sensitive information. We may remove, ignore, or report abusive, unlawful, irrelevant, or unsafe submissions.

Before filing a claim, you are encouraged to contact us with a clear description of the issue so the parties can attempt an informal resolution. This paragraph does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot legally be restricted.
18. Severability and Waiver
If a court finds a provision unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
